Our Own Clumsy Click Beetles

Students made spoon click beetles to take home and remind them of Eric Carle's The Clumsy Click Beetle.  We also worked on math skills and tally marks. Students placed their beetle on its back and clicked the spoon to try to get it to turn over.  A partner kept track of how many times it took to flip their beetle back over on its legs.

They did a great job on their spoon beetles!
